It’s moving towards the middle to end of October and I’m bulk cooking a few different meals not only for that time but also for spots in the weeks ahead. That there is really a big reason I save money nowadays - bulk cooking and planning ahead, not just day by day.
So for this fortnight I wanted to do a couple of new chicken dishes for you. Recipes that were simple and easy to throw together on a busy night or bulk prep and freeze for later dates.
