It’s the first 2 weeks in October and I’m bulk cooking a few different meals not only for that time but also for spots in the weeks ahead. That there is really a big reason I save money nowadays - bulk cooking and planning ahead, not just day by day.
So for October, I wanted to mix things up a bit and do some new things, perhaps put a twist on a classic for you! So in my meal planning I added in a twist on Chicken Cordon Bleu as a casserole, Pesto Chicken as a one bowl meal and standard Beef Skewers as a Japanese inspired flavour instead of my usual. Making just a small twist on something classic can put some new excitement into a meal, so I like to do that when I can (Stay tuned for Rhiannon’s Crumbed Sausages - a childhood love I was pleasantly reminded of today).
