It's time for another bulk food prep day and coming into cold weather its all about warm meats such as roasts and warm vegetables. Whilst we always have our garden salad in the fridge as well to add in we do a lot more warm veggies so you may start to see a few more vegetable recipes popping up o the VIP Lounge over the next couple of months :)
