It’s August and this month we are making a few healthier changes to the menu! We don’t feel like we eat too terribly, but there are a few changes that can be made. For example I’m making ‘Naked Parmas’ instead of your regular - naked as they do not have their bread crumb coating. I’m also trying to steer away from too many added creamy sauces on things, going overboard on meats and adding even more vegetables to our dishes. So whilst a few of the meals selected are what’s lefts from last month they will be portioned out with better thinking this month. Then (hopefully) for September we will be on a even better path!
