Ingredients: Makes 16

  • 2 x Bananas Mashed
  • 2 x Cups Of Almond Flour
  • 1 x Tablespoon Of Psyllium Husk (find in the health aisle)
  • 100g Of Chocolate Chopped or Cooking Choc Chips
  • Pinch Of Salt

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Prepare cookie trays by lining them with non-stick baking paper.

2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until a dough forms.

3. Spoon 1 tablespoon amounts of dough onto the cookie tray.

4. Bake for 15-17 mins until golden brown. Remove from the oven and transfer to a rack to cool.

Tip – Dough can be spooned out and frozen for later. The best way to do this is by flash freezing first. To do this spoon out onto a tray 2cm apart and freeze. Once frozen you can transfer off your tray into airtight containers/ziplock bags. When wanting to bake place on your tray frozen and put straight into your preheated oven.
